New to IV therapy?

Here’s the whole idea, plainly.

  • What it is

A small IV line delivers fluids, vitamins and minerals straight into your bloodstream, so your body can take in more than it typically would from a pill. A full drip runs about an hour, and a Registered Nurse places the line, stays with you the whole time, and packs up when you are done.

  • How to start

Not sure which blend suits you? A short quiz (a starting point, not a medical assessment) points you toward a good first one, or you can text a nurse before you book. A Nurse Practitioner reviews every intake before a drip is booked, and your nurse confirms the details with you, so everything is settled well before your visit.

Before we arrive

A note on what to expect.

Every visit, here is everything you don’t need to ask. Each detail is part of the drip, not an upgrade.

  1. Wear what you’d lounge in

A loose or short sleeve is all we need, so your nurse can reach your arm with ease.

  2. We bring everything

The stand, the supplies, your prepared drip from the pharmacy, and a hot pack to keep you comfortable.

  3. Sit anywhere comfortable

Couch, bed, recliner, your favourite chair. We work around you. Partner, friend or pet welcome in the room. Just let your nurse know ahead of time.

  4. Pause or stop anytime

The line can be paused, slowed or removed at any moment, no questions asked. Your nurse stays the full appointment.

What our guests say.

Real experiences, in their words,
from the people who let us through the door.

  1. Neeti S.

Having Drip Tonic at Girls IRL was such a dream. The team was so collaborative and genuinely excited about our community. Their setup was beautiful and the girls absolutely loved it. Would recommend working with Drip Tonic for any event without hesitation.

  2. Maihtaab S.

I was completely run down, dehydrated, and low on energy from a busy week — but after just one session I felt rejuvenated and full of life again. The staff was super professional and friendly, and made the whole process painless and relaxing.

How it works

We come to you,
and we stay.

  1. Glow & Revive IV bag hanging on a brass stand among florals and candles.

    Choose your blend

Pick the drip that fits the moment. Or message us and one of our RNs will help you decide. A real recommendation, not a quiz.

  2. Registered Nurse reviewing vitals and intake with a client before an at-home IV drip.

    We come to you

We arrive at your home, hotel, or venue. Before anything starts, your Registered Nurse checks in: vitals, health history, and how you're feeling that day, with Nurse Practitioner oversight on your intake. The drip begins when you're settled and comfortable.

  3. Registered nurse staying bedside with a client throughout an at-home IV drip.

    We stay the whole time

No drop-off. An RN is with you from the first drop to the last, watching how you respond and adjusting if anything feels off. After we pack up, you still have us. Text anytime.

Frequently Asked

Questions, quietly answered.

The questions we hear most often before a first booking: about needles, intake, oversight, and what happens if something doesn't feel right.

  1. 01

I'm scared of needles. What does it actually feel like, and how long does it take?

We use a small, fine needle to place the line. Most guests describe the placement as a brief pinch that fades within seconds, and the line itself isn't felt once it's running. A full IV drip runs about 60 minutes; a Glutathione IV is faster, about 15. A vitamin shot itself is over in roughly a minute, and your nurse stays with you for a brief observation window after. Visits are unhurried, and you're with two Registered Nurses for whom IV placement is part of their everyday clinical practice.

  2. 02

Is IV therapy regulated in Canada? Who oversees what goes in the bag?

Yes, closely. Think of it as three sets of eyes: Health Canada stands behind the vitamins, electrolytes and saline; the College of Nurses of Ontario stands behind the Registered Nurses who administer them; and a licensed Nurse Practitioner stands behind the plan itself, reviewing and approving your intake before any drip begins. Nothing goes into your line without a Nurse Practitioner's order.

  3. 03

Where does the blend in the bag come from?

From a licensed Canadian compounding pharmacy, a sterile lab run by licensed pharmacists, not a kitchen counter or a field mix. Each blend is prepared there to the formulation your Nurse Practitioner has approved, and any final, in-scope additions are made on-site by your Registered Nurse using sterile technique.

  4. 04

What if I react during a drip or shot? Are you prepared for that?

Yes. Both founders are RNs with hospital backgrounds, emergency and acute medical floors, and one of us stays at your side from the moment the line is running. Possible side effects include a cool sensation along the arm as the fluids run, a brief taste in the mouth that some guests notice, light flushing or warmth, mild bruising at the IV site, and, rarely, an allergic reaction. Most guests experience none of these, and true reactions to vitamin-and-electrolyte IVs are uncommon. We carry a reaction kit on every visit (antihistamines, epinephrine, IV fluids), follow the same evidence-based protocols we were trained on in hospital settings, and our intake is built to flag anything that raises the risk before the line ever runs.

  5. 05

How does intake work? Can anyone just book a drip?

No, and never on autopilot. You book on JaneApp, and before your visit we call to confirm the appointment and talk it through with you. At your appointment, you complete your intake with your Registered Nurse, and the Nurse Practitioner reviews and approves your blend before the drip begins. The needle is the last step, not the first.
