These terms govern your use of driptonic.ca and the mobile IV therapy services provided by Drip Tonic Inc. By using the site or booking a session, you agree to them. Please read carefully, especially the medical disclaimer.
1. The agreement
This is a contract between you (“you,” the client or visitor) and Drip Tonic Inc. (“we,” “us,” “Drip Tonic”). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site or book a service.
2. Who we are
Drip Tonic Inc. is an Ontario corporation. Our services are delivered by Registered Nurses in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario, with intake reviewed by a supporting Nurse Practitioner. We operate across Toronto, the Greater Toronto Area, and surrounding areas.
3. Our services
We provide RN-administered, pharmacy-prepared intravenous vitamin and hydration therapy in the client’s chosen private location: home, hotel, office, or private event venue. We also offer group bookings and event packages.
The website is informational. It is not a portal for medical diagnosis, prescription, or treatment.
4. Who can book
- You must be 18 or older to book independently. A guest under 18 may receive a session only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must complete the intake and consent on their behalf, subject to Nurse Practitioner approval.
- You must be located within our active service area at the time of booking.
- You must be able to provide accurate health information during the JaneApp intake. Withholding relevant information may result in the appointment being declined or cancelled on-site by the attending RN.
5. Bookings, intake & JaneApp
All bookings, intake forms, and payments are processed through our booking platform JaneApp at driptonic.janeapp.com. When you book, you are also accepting JaneApp’s own terms of service and privacy policy. Drip Tonic Inc. is the health information custodian for your clinical records under PHIPA and uses JaneApp as its service provider to store them in Jane’s PHIPA-compliant environment.
Your intake is reviewed by our Nurse Practitioner before your drip is administered. We may decline a booking, in our sole discretion, if intake reveals a clinical reason to do so.
6. Medical disclaimer
Please read this section carefully
IV vitamin and hydration therapy is a wellness service, not a substitute for medical care. Drip Tonic does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
If you are experiencing symptoms of a medical emergency, including chest pain, shortness of breath, signs of stroke, severe dehydration, or any acute injury, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.
You should consult your primary care provider before booking if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a chronic medical condition, take prescription medications, or have a history of cardiac, renal, or hepatic disease. Our NP review will flag many concerns, but it is not a substitute for your own physician’s advice.
Before your session begins, the attending Registered Nurse will explain the blend, what to expect, and the common risks — such as minor bruising, vein irritation, or, rarely, an allergic reaction — and will confirm your consent to proceed. Your consent is also recorded during the JaneApp intake. You may withdraw consent and ask the RN to stop at any point during the session.
Assumption of risk. By booking, you acknowledge that IV and intramuscular (injection) therapy carry inherent risks, including but not limited to bruising, vein irritation, infiltration, infection, fainting, and, rarely, allergic reaction. You accept these risks voluntarily. This acknowledgement does not waive our duty of care or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (see section 11).
7. No promised outcomes
Individual response to IV vitamin therapy varies. Any benefit described on the website, such as hydration support, energy, recovery, immune support or glow, reflects the intended purpose of the formulation and is not a guarantee of a specific result. We do not make therapeutic claims.
8. Cancellations & rescheduling
Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Within 24 hours, a cancellation fee may apply. The current fee schedule is shown at the time of booking inside JaneApp.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment due to clinical safety concerns, weather, or RN availability. In those cases, no fee applies and we will work with you to find a new time.
9. Your conduct
You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information during intake.
- Be under the influence of substances that would compromise the safety of the session.
- Behave in a way that endangers our staff. Sessions may be terminated immediately, without refund, if our RN judges the environment unsafe.
- Scrape, copy, or republish our website content without permission.
- Impersonate Drip Tonic in marketing, social media, or any commercial context.
10. Our content
All copy, photography, illustrations, brand marks, and the Drip Tonic name on this website are owned by Drip Tonic Inc. and protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark law. You may share links to the site freely. You may not reproduce, modify, or commercialize the content without our written permission.
11. Limits of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, Drip Tonic, its founders, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our services, including but not limited to lost income, lost opportunities, or non-medical inconvenience.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for negligence causing personal injury, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Drip Tonic against reasonable losses, claims, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your provision of inaccurate intake information, or your misuse of the website.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
14. General
These terms, together with any policies they link to, are the entire agreement between you and Drip Tonic regarding the website and our services. If any part of them is found unenforceable, that part is severed and the rest remains in full effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these terms; we may assign ours to a successor of the business.
15. Changes
We may update these terms as our service or the law evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the latest change. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
