An RN-led wellness moment, set inside the night, not beside it.
Drip Tonic opened the Recharge Bar at the center of Girls IRL, the recurring community gathering hosted by Toronto creator Neeti Sharma. The brief was specific: a room that feels like a real wellness experience, with a moment at its center that's RN-administered and carefully dosed. Nothing that reads like a pop-up clinic. So we built the bar to belong: soft lighting, considered styling, an RN in the chair beside you. Guests stayed in the conversation while their wellness moment ran. Fifteen minutes, in the middle of the night, with their friends still there when it ended.
What Girls IRL Was About
A wellness night, in real life.
Girls IRL is Neeti's recurring in-person gathering for the women in her online community: part wellness panel, part conversation, part network. This installment focused on how to actually take care of yourself: building a routine you keep, reading the signals your body sends, supporting your health in a way that lasts.
Neeti co-hosted the conversation with a naturopathic doctor, who fielded questions on everything from sleep and stress to recovery and supplementation. The room was intimate, attentive, and entirely female, the kind of audience that came to learn.
The Recharge Bar
The wellness centerpiece of the night.
The Recharge Bar is Drip Tonic's event-format IV and IM station, built to deliver real, properly dosed wellness that still feels like a treat. For Girls IRL, the offering was:
- B12 intramuscular shots: fast, RN-administered, in and out in a few minutes.
- Glutathione IV drips: approximately 15 minutes, for guests who wanted a longer wellness moment.
Every shot and drip was administered by a Registered Nurse. The station itself was built to belong to the room: soft lighting, considered styling, no medical signage.
The detail that mattered most: guests didn't leave the event to receive their drip. The IV chairs sat right in the middle of the night, set into the mingling hours, which meant guests were catching up with friends, meeting new people, and drifting between conversations while their drip was running. The fifteen minutes felt like part of the evening, not a break from it.

All the care, none of the clinic
Every drip and shot is administered by a hospital-trained Registered Nurse. Guests aren't getting a wellness trend. They're getting real care, dosed and delivered properly.

The format moves with the event
B12 shots take minutes. Glutathione IVs run in about fifteen, short enough to fit between moments, and meant to happen during the night, not instead of it. Guests stay in the room, in the conversation, with their drip in hand.

Nothing that reads like a clinic. Nothing that feels like a waiting room. The bar is styled to match the event aesthetic, whether that's a creator night, a downtown bridal suite, or a corporate offsite.
